Amber Love

A Voice of Freedom

Adopted out of foster care believing she was unlovable, Amber Love spent years wrestling with her worth and searching for belonging. That unmet need for love drew her into a cycle of vulnerability that ultimately led to exploitation and addiction, but it did not define her future.

A third-generation survivor of sex trafficking, Amber’s faith journey became the turning point in her life. She now teaches that healing from complex trauma is possible and requires courage, courage to confront the lies you’ve believed about yourself and to embrace a new identity rooted in truth.

Amber partners with organizations such as Survivor Ventures, Safe House Project, Juvenile Detention Centers, and Seapointe College, all deeply committed to reaching underserved communities and restoring hope where it’s needed most. Through these collaborations, she helps expand survivor identification and strengthen trauma-informed care in both faith-based and secular spaces. Her story and expertise have inspired audiences nationwide, with features on platforms including The Prayer Link from CBN and top-ten worldwide podcasts.

Now a best-selling co-author of the women’s devotional Before She Knew Jesus, host of the Above Zero podcast, and founder of Amber Love Ministries, Amber brings a message of freedom, freedom that reaches beyond changing circumstances and speaks to anyone who feels lost, hurting, or unloved, inviting them into a life they never believed they deserved.

LIFE STYLE

Cultivating a Pioneering Lifestyle
Through Life's Embraces

I am an ambitious dreamer, a fighter, and a believer in the
extraordinary power of transformation. I’m a proud mother of four amazing grown children, three sons and one daughter, who inspire me every single day to push forward, break barriers, and leave a legacy they can be proud of. I was born and raised in a small town called Harrellsville, North Carolina, a place rich in culture but not always kind. It was there that I learned to be resilient, resourceful, and hopeful.

My journey has been anything but easy. I grew up in a world that didn’t always feel safe or loving. I survived abuse and endured the unspeakable pain of being raped and more. For years, I was like a leaf caught in the wind, just surviving. It took nearly two decades for me to realize that even in my darkest moments, something deep inside me
refused to give up. I came to understand that my story wasn’t meant to end in despair, it was meant to inspire, to heal, and to uplift others. Life has thrown me more than my share of challenges. In 2019, I filed for bankruptcy with a determination to rebuild a better future for myself and my family. I’ve faced financial struggles, battled mental health
challenges, and recently found myself homeless after a series of devastating setbacks. Leaving my role at Black Brand due to burnout was one of the hardest decisions I’ve made, but it was necessary for my well-being. Losing my car, something I had worked so hard for, was another crushing blow. And when I couldn’t even get my medication because Walgreens couldn’t keep their staff, it felt like the world was stacked against me. But here’s the thing, I’m not the type to stay down. I took control of my life by checking into a mental health facility, where I finally received the correct diagnosis of major depressive disorder. That moment of clarity was life-changing. For the first time, I understood what I was
facing, and it gave me the relief and strength I needed to start anew. Through it all, I’ve found healing and purpose in writing my story. I’m currently working on a book, a raw and unfiltered account of my life, the struggles I’ve endured, and the lessons I’ve learned. My hope is that it will inspire others to find their own strength, no matter how impossible life may seem. With renewed purpose, I channeled my pain, passion, and vision into founding Orange RUBIE Life Style, LLC. This isn’t just a business, it’s a movement. It’s about transforming lives, breaking cycles, and building thriving communities. My mission is rooted in empowerment, inclusivity, and personal fulfillment. I want to inspire others to rise above societal limitations, reclaim their power, and rediscover the
richness of a culture and history that should never have been
forgotten. I believe that this is the key to addressing the root causes of many societal issues, including the struggles faced by our youth.
At Orange RUBIE Life Style, LLC, 40% of our profits are dedicated to an upcoming nonprofit that focuses on uplifting underserved communities. My work is bigger than profit; it’s about creating a ripple effect that starts with individuals and flows into entire communities. My vision is bold, and I’m not afraid to say it: I want to help people elevate their thinking, discover true fulfillment, and build a future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. I know where I’ve been, and I know where I’m going. My past has shaped me, but it doesn’t define me. It has fueled my passion for

helping others find their own light in the darkness.

I am Courtney Sessoms, and I’m ready to take on the world. Thank you for believing in me.

Together, let’s Refine Upon Beloved Infinite Energy
